Like all great inventions, Underwater Magic™ was born from a need. The need for a glue that could perform as well under water as above it. And one that would enable us to bring together those two worlds with astonishing results.

Starting with a successful formula used by commercial divers to seal leaks in ships, we teamed with an industry-leading German scientist to push the limits of chemical engineering and created a product that we are proud to call our own. A product that would be aptly named after how it is so often described: Underwater Magic™.

Underwater Magic™ is based on a formula already used by commercial divers to seal ship leaks , under strict maritime authority regulations on site at the port or out on the open sea.

After further development of the product’s formula it has been developed so that it is not only suitable for seawater, it is and since 2009 also resistant against chlorine water and other chemicals.

Underwater Magic™ is a 1 component sea and chlorine water resistant glue, which even seals underwater. It is odour free, it’s free of: Oxime – acetic acid – isocyanate & solvents , 100% silicone free and Is not affected by: chlorine / salt (sea) water, weathering and uv light, Aliphatic solvents, oils, grease, diluted inorganic acids and alkalis.

Underwater Magic™ is permanently elastic with good abrasion resistance and good mechanical properties. Temperature resistant from -40&degC/&degF degrees to +90&degC / +194&degF, for a short time ( 2 to 3 hours) even to +200&degC / +392&degF, can fill gaps of up to 40 mm and is allowed in areas close to food.

Underwater Magic™ comes in a Standard ‘Silicone tube size’ used with a standard caulking gun with a filling of 290ml (approx. 9.8 US fl. oz.) or as 600ml bag (approx 20.29 US fl. oz.).

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on all orders over $99 shipped to the 48 contiguous states. We offer the following shipping options depending on the products being ordered.

• Ground Shipping – Estimated Transit Time 1-5 Business Days*
• Free Economy Shipping – Estimated Transit Time 2-7 Business Days*
• USPS First Class Mail – Estimated Transit Time 3-7 Business Days*

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. Orders are routed to our fulfillment warehouse immediately for shipping. This includes weekends and holidays. If you need to cancel your order, normal return procedures will apply.

*Transit time does not include weekends, holidays, pre-order items, back ordered items or items that have Shipping Lead Times that are noted on the product details page. We are not responsible for delays caused by acts of God or the package carrier. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions regarding transit times.

Most orders received by 1:00PM EST Monday – Friday will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Most orders placed after 1:00PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday/Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped on the following business day. Certain items may have extended processing times. Items with extended processing times will be displayed on the product details page. We do our best to keep our inventory updated. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order due to stock shortage, we will notify you by email.

We ship via multiple carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS. We reserves the right to use the best carrier for the delivery of your order. We ship from multiple shipping points, so transit time will vary depending on your order and destination.

Shipping Lead Times
Certain product(s) require additional shipping lead time before the product(s) ship. The additional shipping lead time will be displayed on the products detailed page. The additional shipping lead time should be added to the transit time to get your total estimated time from product leaving warehouse to you.

Shipping Errors
We take order fulfillment accuracy very seriously. However, mistakes do happen. If the error is made on our part, we will send a return label to have the incorrect product returned and we will send out the correct product for you immediately, via ground service only.

RETURN POLICY

We offera 30day return policy on eligible* items that are new, inoriginal condition unused/unopened and in its original packaging. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. If you have a return, you mustContact Usto request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any return received without a RMA number will be refused.

Return Conditions

• Item(s) must be new, in original condition unused/unopened and in its original packaging
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment
• Original shipping fee is non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Up to a 50% restocking fee may be applied for items returned that are damaged, missing parts, not in original condition, or have obvious signs of use
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows obvious signs of use or is missing parts, accessories or paperwork

Incorrect Item Received / Missing Item / Order Shortages
Customers who receive an incorrect item due to our error must contact us within 7 business days of merchandise being delivered. Once we have received the request, we will send you a return label and issue a RMA number. Upon receipt of the incorrect item, we will ship out the correct item or refund the purchase price. Shipments of correct item(s) will only be sent via standard ground service. Any order shortages or missing items must also be reported within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise.

Damaged Item Received – Standard Ground Service
If an item was received damaged,you must contact us within 7 business days of the order delivery date. Please provide images of the damage as they will be needed before we can ship a replacement item or issue a refund. Please do not discard any packaging and merchandise. Damage merchandise may need to be picked up by our shipper before a replacement or refund is issued.

Damaged Package in Transit
You will receive your order tracking number(s) via email after your order has been shipped. The tracking number(s) provided will display your order transit status. If your shipment is damaged in transit, the tracking information will display this incident. Please contact us and we will get another shipment shipped out via standard ground service.

Lost / Missing Package
You will receive your order tracking number(s) via email after your order has been shipped.The tracking number(s) provided will display your order transit status. If your shipment is lost/missing, please notify us immediately. We will contact the shipping carrier to try and locate the package.

Defective Item or Missing Part
If an item was defective upon receipt or parts are missing, it is considered a warranty claim. Please see the warranty claim section below.

Signature service may be required at the sole discretion of the carrier. Packages returned as undeliverable will be considered a return and will follow by the conditions of this return policy.
